DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION POLICY
DEPOSITS:
​For new clients a non-refundable £10 deposit will be required to secure your appointment.
48 HOUR CANCELLATIONS:
​If you cancel your appointment within 48 hours and would like to rebook, your deposit will be carried over to the next chosen appointment. However, if cancelled again the deposit will be lost.
24 HOUR CANCELLATIONS:
If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours or do not turn up, you will loose your deposit and will be required to pay 50% of your treatment price.
